VP leads global talent acquisition strategy and team, designing AI-powered recruitment systems and workforce planning infrastructure for enterprise growth.

What this role involves

About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

Available Locations: Austin, TX, New York, NY

Department: People & Culture

Reports to: VP, Talent

The Mission

This is an invitation to redefine workforce architecture for the AI era. Cloudflare is reimagining every internal process,  from engineering to finance to sales, to run on an agentic AI backbone. We are building the global teams and talent ecosystems that will define what Cloudflare looks like for the next decade of the Internet. Getting top talent here is our number priority.

As our Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will be the chief architect of our human capital infrastructure and lead a global team of customer obsessed recruiters and operators. You will design a predictive, highly automated talent system—one that maps company growth to workforce requirements, isolates where human judgment is irreplaceable, and deploys AI agents to handle the repetitive mechanics. We are looking for a visionary leader and highly operational leader whose instinct isn’t to simply deploy a traditional recruiting playbook, but to model the organizational system, identify the core constraints, and ship elegant, scalable solutions.

What you’re walking into

Cloudflare’s internal AI agent usage has increased exponentially, with our teams running thousands of daily agent sessions to build, ship, and scale products. This is our default operating rhythm.

Our talent acquisition strategy reflects this modern architecture. In the agentic AI era, you will lead the function that answers the ultimate organizational question: how do we optimize for the roles that require uniquely human capabilities?

You will focus our human hiring pipelines on where human capital matters most: deep creative judgment, complex systems problem-solving, and intense relationship depth. Every talent strategy you implement is a high-impact design choice for Cloudflare’s future organizational capacity.

What you’ll own

1. Customer Obsession & Outcome-Driven Systems

  • Thinking Backward from the Customer: Treat our candidates and hiring managers as your ultimate customers. You will design the entire talent acquisition architecture by thinking backward from their experience—ensuring unmatched speed, absolute transparency, and mutual respect for everyone’s time.
  • Outcomes Over Process: Ruthlessly eliminate “process for process’s sake.” You believe that workflows exist to enable great hiring, not to create bureaucratic hurdles. You will empower your team to be agile, adaptive, and focused on delivering high-quality matches rather than checking compliance boxes.

2. Talent System Architecture & Strategic Planning

  • Enterprise Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to translate Cloudflare’s long-term product roadmaps and financial models into a predictive, multi-year global talent strategy.
  • Pipeline Instrumentation: Build and monitor a highly data-driven talent funnel. Instrument key metrics—funnel health, passive-to-active conversion velocity, segment-specific time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire at the 6 and 12-month marks—to continuously tune the engine.
  • AI-First Operations: Seamlessly deploy and scale AI agents across sourcing workflows, initial technical screening, scheduling logistics, and candidate communication loops to free up your team for deep relationship building.

3. High-Credibility Partnerships

  • Peer-Level Alignment: Earn deep trust with our organizations through genuine technical fluency.
  • Market Intelligence: Bring proactive talent market insights to organizational design conversations, advising leaders on global talent pool elasticity, compensation trends, and site selection before hiring needs even arise.

4. Global Operations & Team Leadership

  • Inspirational Leadership: Lead, mentor, and elevate a global team of recruiters, technical sourcers, operational specialists, and passionate members of our team globally.
  • Global Compliance Velocity: Maintain uncompromised data privacy and regulatory compliance (GDPR, pay transparency, local employment laws) across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
  1. Employer Brand as a Product
  • Authentic Narrative: Position Cloudflare’s employer brand as an authentic reflection of our  culture, attracting builders and sellers who are passionate about shaping an AI-first Internet.
  • Future Talent Pipelines: Run early-career, university, and diversity recruiting initiatives with the same structured, metrics-driven approach applied to our senior staff engineering hires.

Highly Valued Signals

  • Ideal Non-Traditional Backgrounds: We highly value senior people leaders  from Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Engineering, Sales or corporate strategy environments, other functions within people leadership, where problem-solving begins with systems-level modeling, rigorous data diagnostics, and structural thinking.
  • Infrastructure Tech Deep Roots: Prior leadership experience at a SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, consumer, company where keeping a world-class technical bar is foundational to the company’s success.
  • Organizational Agility: Experience successfully guiding talent operations through corporate reorganizations, high-growth scaling phases, or post-acquisition integrations with clear intent and structure.
  • Compensation Architecture Fluency: Strong familiarity with market data platforms (Radford, Levels.fyi, Carta) and an understanding of equity design and localized compensation bands to help structure complex executive offers seamlessly.
  • Global Scope: Direct experience scaling international tech hubs (specifically across EMEA and APJC), including a strong working knowledge of cross-border talent mobilization and regional employment practices.

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For New York City based hires: Estimated annual salary of $375,000 - $400,000

Equity

This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.

Sales VP of Philanthropy at Scholars of Finance

VP leads individual donor fundraising strategy, manages high-net-worth relationships, and builds a scalable giving engine to grow annual revenue.

Exec Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Job Summary

The Vice President of Philanthropy owns individual giving and engagement at Scholars of Finance — the strategy, the relationships, the team, and the results.

This is a builder’s role: you will turn a founder-led fundraising and engagement effort into a durable, scalable institution, while personally carrying a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth donors and leading the team that grows that engine over time. You will advise leaders on how they invest their time, talent, and treasure. You build the motion for engaging hundreds of leaders and volunteers and funders. You will own donor relationships end-to-end, deploying our CEO and Board as closing assets on your timeline.

This role is a rare opportunity to take a proven nonprofit with a $10M+ track record and world-class backers and build the individual giving and engagement function that will carry it to the next order of magnitude. The starting salary for this role is $150K-$170K. This leader will report to the CEO and serve on our Executive Team.

About Scholars of Finance

Scholars of Finance is a rapidly growing organization on a mission to transform our economic system to help make the world a better place. We are sending thousands of purpose-driven, principled future leaders into the finance industry to positively influence the trillions of dollars it manages and allocates. College is the entry point into finance, so we provide leadership development to undergraduates and help them secure roles in finance where they can effect systemic change.

Since 2019, we’ve raised $12M+ and impacted 7,000+ students across 60+ universities, and we’re just getting started. We’re a close, motivated team with a big vision of a future where all finance leaders steward the world’s capital with integrity, humility, compassion, and excellence. We are fortunate to be backed by world-class Founding Partners such as BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, KKR, and U.S. Bank, and are being advised by incredible industry leaders to achieve our mission.

Transformation You’ll Drive

  • Grow annual revenue from $2.5M to $10M+ by 2030, building the individual-giving engine that empowers us to deepen our impact, grow our team, and scale our mission to transform finance.
  • Inspire hundreds of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals across private equity, venture capital, investment banking, asset management, and beyond to invest their time, talent, and treasure in our mission.
  • Turn a founder-led fundraising and volunteer engagement effort into a durable, scalable institution — with the team, systems, and discipline to compound results year over year.
  • Scale the only organization in the world developing purpose-driven, principled future finance leaders with the character to steward the world’s capital for good.

What You’ll Do

Executive Leadership and Strategy

  • Be a member of the Executive Team of this organization, build our culture, and steer us toward achieving our mission to transform finance.
  • Set the vision, goals, and operating cadence for individual fundraising and volunteer engagement, aligned to strategy, revenue, and program outcomes.
  • Own the number — the pipeline, the forecast, and the path to it — steering fundraising and volunteer engagement efforts day to day across our organization.
  • Build and run the fundraising operating system (KPIs, dashboards, meeting rhythms, pipeline reviews) that gives leadership a clear view of performance and projections.
  • Manage budget and resourcing, anticipating seasonal shifts in donor activity and adjusting plans accordingly.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Take on and coach two direct reports, one fundraiser and one revenue operations manager, and strengthen their performance and output.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing fundraising team that multiplies our collective velocity rather than carrying it alone.
  • Establish the systems, cadence, and accountability that enable individual giving and engagement to grow nonlinearly as the team expands.
  • Build a culture of trust, ownership, and continuous improvement among the people you lead — across both fundraisers and operations team members.
  • Work closely with Partnership, Events and Marketing team members to ensure a strong donor and volunteer experience, and establish clear unified forecasting.
  • Bring in the CEO and Board strategically to help close 6- and 7-figure gifts on your timeline, deliberately and proactively utilizing leaders to drive your pipeline.

Gift Cultivation and Stewardship

  • Personally identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of HNW and UHNW donors, building authentic relationships that inspire significant, sustained support.
  • Grow existing donors — deepening relationships and inspiring them to expand their commitment to our mission over time.
  • Represent SOF with credibility and warmth in high-stakes donor settings, holding the confidence of sophisticated, affluent leaders.
  • Build and oversee the systems that grow mid-tier giving among mid-level professionals and monthly giving among alumni and young professionals, primarily through automated or low-touch processes.
  • Develop the systems and processes that enable us to engage hundreds, and eventually thousands, of volunteers (via mentoring, speaking, advising, etc.) so we can fulfill our programs and build deep relationships with our volunteer community.

What You’ll Need

Foundational Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in nonprofit fundraising, major gifts, or philanthropy linked to finance, education, leadership development, or mission-driven organizations.
  • 3+ years building, managing, and developing high-performing teams across multiple workstreams and timelines.
  • Evidence of sourcing, closing, and stewarding major gifts and ownership of a significant relationship portfolio — and the appetite to build the function that scales it.
  • Proven experience building systems, teams, processes, stewarding hundreds of relationships of various types (e.g., donating, volunteering, advising)
  • Ownership and execution in fast-moving, deadline-driven, high-empowerment environments — you create structure and don’t wait to be handed a playbook.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication. You write with precision and speed and serve as a credible, compelling face of the organization with affluent leaders.
  • Proven ability to set and execute a fundraising or revenue strategy with clear goals, data-driven decisions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven comfort with working on a fully-remote team, and the ability to travel up to 10-20% of the time for off-sites and donor meetings.

Leadership and Management

  • Experience building and running an operating cadence that drives execution: priorities, metrics, accountability, and adaptation.
  • Ability to lead through others across full-time staff, interns, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong people leadership: you coach, set clear expectations, build followership, and develop others into successful fundraisers or revenue operations and analytics talent.
  • Proven capacity as a “Multiplier”: you know how to multiply the intelligence of your team and get the best from people.

Mentalities for Success

  • Mission-driven: you love our mission, have a passion for making finance a force for good, and are excited to develop morally sound leaders.
  • Ownership orientation: you take full responsibility for the numbers and the outcomes, and you drive the work rather than wait to be directed.
  • Systems-and-scale orientation: you build repeatable processes that let fundraising scale consistently as the organization grows.
  • Strong strategic judgment: you identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and make clear trade-offs, considering all stakeholders affected.
  • Growth mindset: you seek and thrive on feedback, and you proactively drive your own growth and learning to expand your impact.
  • SOF Values & Principles: you exemplify the four values and twelve principles of Scholars of Finance, both professionally and personally.

Preferred but not required

  • Experience leading major campaigns, capital campaigns, growth campaigns, or transformational gift strategies.
  • Demonstrated success scaling an organization (or a comparable function through a similar inflection) from early-stage traction toward sustainable mid-scale operations, including building the systems, team, and donor pipeline to support that growth.
  • Experience in startups, scaleups, or high-growth environments.
  • Time in (or experience working with) the finance industry at any type of firm, for any length of time. Our hypothesis is that people who have seen finance from the inside most fully appreciate why our mission matters and can speak credibly with the donors we serve. That said, we’ve found that big-picture, long-term systems thinkers who want to make a huge impact in the world also get very excited about what we do.

Benefits You’ll Enjoy

  • 401(k) match (100% match up to 5% of the base salary)
  • Generous health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Unlimited PTO; all federal holidays off
  • Quarterly team offsites, expenses fully paid when in-person
  • High-growth culture to accelerate your professional development
  • A unique company ensuring all team members thrive holistically

$150,000 - $170,000 a year

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

Marketing Mongoose: Head of Marketing, Product & GTM

VP of Marketing leads go-to-market strategy, builds and empowers the marketing function, and drives alignment across product, revenue, and marketing to fuel customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Exec Posted about 6 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Buffalo / Atlanta / Austin / Boston / Chicago / Denver / Los Angeles / New York City / Oakland / Portland / San Francisco / Seattle / Philadelphia

As Vice President of Marketing, you will ensure that Marketing is a strategic growth partner embedded in how this business wins. Sitting at the center of the Go-to-Market triad, you’ll drive deep alignment across Revenue and Product, shaping priorities, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring our work translates into real business impact. Your success as the marketing leader is defined not by your broad personal output, but by the strength of the function you build, empowering leaders across Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, and Marketing Operations to own strategy, think creatively, and amplify Marketing’s impact across the business.
At the heart of this role is elevating Product Marketing into a defining organizational strength. You’ll lead the strategy and storytelling that connect our product vision to customer outcomes, ensuring our positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies fuel awareness, drive adoption, and accelerate revenue across the student lifecycle. Through this work, Marketing plays a direct role in improving win rates and expanding revenue across both new and existing customers, ensuring our solutions clearly articulate the value Mongoose delivers.

What You’ll Do:

    • GTM Leadership: Serve as a core strategic partner within the Go-to-Market triad, ensuring Marketing is fully embedded alongside Revenue and Product in how the business plans, prioritizes, and executes growth. You’ll build tight operating rhythms across these functions, aligning on strategy, sequencing initiatives, and ensuring our market approach is coordinated, intentional, and outcomes-driven. Your role is to ensure Marketing is not reacting to the business, but shaping it.
    • Set Strategy & Roadmap: Establish the marketing vision, strategic priorities, and multi-quarter roadmap that align to company growth goals. You’ll ensure initiatives are focused, resourced appropriately, and sequenced for maximum impact, balancing near-term performance with long-term brand and market positioning. This includes clarifying where Marketing should lead, where it should partner, and where it should amplify.
    • Build & Empower the Function: Lead and develop a marketing organization where functional leaders across Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, and Marketing Operations own strategy, think creatively, and operate with clear accountability. You’ll move the team beyond task execution into true functional leadership, creating the space, structure, and expectations that allow each area to scale its impact across the business.
    • Elevate Product Marketing: Build and scale Product Marketing into a cornerstone capability that connects our product vision to customer outcomes. You’ll shape positioning, messaging, launches, and enablement strategies that sharpen our competitive differentiation, improve win rates, and accelerate adoption across the student lifecycle. This function will serve as the connective tissue across Product, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring every solution is clearly understood and every launch lands with impact.
    • Drive Market Impact: Guide how Mongoose shows up in the market, ensuring our narrative is differentiated, insight-driven, and aligned across campaigns, content, and field conversations. You’ll connect brand, demand, product storytelling, and customer value into a cohesive market presence that fuels awareness, pipeline, and long-term growth.
    • Develop Future Leaders: Invest deeply in the growth of your functional leaders, expanding their strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership capability over time. Success in this role is defined not by personal output, but by building a team that can operate independently, lead at altitude, and scale alongside the business.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

    • GTM Leadership: You know how Marketing, Revenue, and Product should operate together, and you’ve led in environments where tight cross-functional alignment directly fueled growth. You’re comfortable sitting at the table shaping company strategy, not waiting to be brought in once plans are already set. You understand how to balance partnership with healthy tension, ensuring Marketing is influencing outcomes, not simply supporting them.
    • Function Builder: You’ve built and scaled marketing organizations before, not just hiring talent, but designing structures, defining ownership, and creating operating models that allow functions to lead with clarity and independence. You measure success by the strength of the team you build and the impact they drive, not by how much work you personally produce.
    • Strategic Orientation: You operate comfortably at altitude, translating company growth goals into clear marketing strategies and roadmaps. You know how to prioritize, sequence initiatives, and focus investments where they’ll drive the greatest business impact, balancing short-term performance with long-term market positioning.
    • Leadership Multiplier: You’re a developer of leaders. You create the conditions for your team to think strategically, operate autonomously, and expand their influence over time. You know when to coach, when to challenge, and when to step back, ensuring your leaders grow into stronger operators and decision-makers.
    • Product Marketing Depth: You bring strong instincts around positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and launch orchestration. You understand how product storytelling drives awareness, adoption, and revenue, and you know how to build Product Marketing into a scalable capability that connects product vision to customer value.
    • Cross-Functional Influence: You build trust quickly across executive peers and know how to navigate competing priorities without losing momentum. You’re skilled at creating alignment, resolving tension productively, and ensuring Marketing remains tightly connected to the broader business.
    • Operational Discipline: You bring clarity to planning, prioritization, and execution. You know how to establish goals, success metrics, and operating rhythms that create focus and accountability across teams.
    • Market Perspective: You stay close to customers, competitors, and market dynamics, using insight to shape strategy, messaging, and investment decisions. You understand that strong marketing starts with deep market understanding.

Sales Vice President of Business Development (Rustici) US, Nashville, Remote at Learning Technologies Group

Sales leader defines and executes go-to-market strategy, builds high-performing outbound sales team, and drives enterprise customer acquisition for learning technology software.

Exec Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We are on the hunt for an accomplished and results-driven Sales Leader to define and lead the sales strategy here at Rustici Software. We are expanding our go to market strategy as part of a strategic growth initiative for the business. You’ll work directly with our CEO and the executive leadership team to turn these possibilities into major wins.

This role is a great opportunity for someone to make their mark by helping us establish a new sales channel (outbound) to bring the value of our products to Enterprise and Midmarket customers. While these markets are the priority, additional opportunities to proactively target Content Publishers and Associations are also in play. We have a foundation to build on with highly tenured inbound sales and account management teams, along with a marketing team to provide support. You won’t just be managing a team—you’ll be the architect, building out the engine that fuels our next chapter.

What you would be selling: Rustici’s software products are designed to solve the technical challenges of content and platform interoperability. We specialize in standards like SCORM and xAPI, and help our customers leverage these standards to improve their commercial products and within larger enterprise learning ecosystems. Our product offerings range from highly complex integrated software to more accessible off-the-shelf products that solve the pain that comes with managing learning and training content at scale across a variety of systems.

The ideal candidate combines deep business development and sales expertise with strong knowledge of sales technology tools and strategies to build and lead a high-performing sales team and develop lasting relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and IT decision-makers. Experience in the learning technology space and experience selling early-stage/growth-stage products are also ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy & Architecture

  • Build and own the full sales playbook: outbound motions, discovery frameworks, demo narrative, objection handling, and competitive displacement strategies
  • Design the channel mix — direct enterprise, mid-market, and partner/reseller — and decide sequencing and investment by segment
  • Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Establish pipeline generation cadences in partnership with marketing

Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team that scales based on achieving key milestones
  • Model the behaviors you want to see — as a Builder, you will be actively involved in key deals and establishing the initial pipeline
  • Oversee the existing inbound sales team and Account Management teams that are responsible for driving growth from existing markets and accounts
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Sales Execution & Reporting

  • Oversee all sales processes to drive the team’s deal velocity. Represent Rustici as a key stakeholder in key deals where needed to assist in bringing them to a win.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Revenue pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts, and ensure the timely execution of opportunities. Regularly update the executive team on sales progress, opportunities, and roadblocks
  • Own and deliver the annual revenue number and quarterly forecast with board-level rigor
  • Sales Insights: Instrument the full sales funnel: pipeline coverage ratios, conversion rates, ACV trends, win/loss analysis
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Share relevant insights with the product, marketing, and leadership teams to shape the company’s sales and product strategies.

Sales Process & Technology Integration

  • Leverage modern sales technologies, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and sales enablement platforms to streamline sales processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and track key performance metrics. Ensure best practices for CRM utilization across the team.
  • Implement sales automation tools and strategies to increase sales team efficiency, from lead generation to closing. Use data and analytics to drive decision-making, improve outreach, and optimize sales cycles.
  • Use advanced sales analytics to manage the sales pipeline effectively. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and team effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with Marketing on pipeline SLAs, lead quality standards, and campaign targeting
  • Partner with Product to translate sales feedback into roadmap inputs — in this market, the roadmap is a sales tool
  • Collaborate with Account Management for onboarding handoffs and renewal risk identification

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a VP or Head of Sales role
  • Demonstrated success building or rebuilding a sales function at a company in the $15M–$100M ARR range
  • Direct experience selling learning/HR technologies into enterprise — familiarity with the CLO/CHRO/COO/CIO buying dynamic is a significant advantage
  • Experience selling early-stage/growth-stage products
  • Experience with both direct enterprise sales (12–18 month cycles) and higher-velocity mid-market motion
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding team sales targets and revenue growth, driving continuous improvement in a sales environment, particularly leveraging of sales technology to improve velocity and efficiency.
  • Strong expertise in business development, from lead generation to closing. Experience creating and executing sales strategies in highly competitive markets.
  • Broad understanding of sales support technology and an expert in leveraging technology & tools to drive sales velocity & efficiency

Skills & Capabilities

  • Can write the playbook and execute it — not just manage people who execute
  • Rigorous forecasting discipline using leading indicators, not just gut feel
  • Strong recruiter: knows how to attract A-players
  • Data fluent: comfortable in CRM (Salesforce preferred), understands funnel metrics, can build a board-ready pipeline report
  • Clear communicator who can represent the sales org to the board

Job Description

The Opportunity:

As the Director of Security Risk Engineering, you will serve as a key senior leader working in direct partnership with the CISO to drive, shape, and mature Flywire’s global enterprise security infrastructure and systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level security strategy and tactical engineering execution across six core domains: Application Security, AI Security, Cloud Security, Corporate Security, Security Operations (SecOps), and Red Teaming (Penetration Testing).

In partnership with the internal stakeholder organizations, you will lead the organizational shift from technical recovery to global enterprise operational resilience, managing a highly impactful program that safeguards our global payment rails while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. A solid working knowledge of all aspects of cloud-native infrastructure, software applications, AI/LLM model development, governance & validation, and automated risk mitigation is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Domain Leadership: Define, implement, and monitor a comprehensive security engineering strategy across Application Security, AI Security, Cloud Security, Corporate Security, Security Operations (SecOps/Incident Detection & Response), and Red Teaming (Penetration Testing), aligning initiatives with global business objectives and emerging financial threats.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Support the CISO to lead and manage the global security engineering organization, including hiring, training, mentoring, performance management, and budget oversight.
  • Secure Architecture & Governance: Oversee the design and continuous improvement of secure architecture for systems, cloud infrastructure, networks, and applications, ensuring strict alignment with security best practices.
  • Global Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business, Development, DevOps, Product, Program, Risk/Compliance, and IT leaders to seamlessly integrate security controls into all phases of the engineering and CI/CD lifecycle. Engage actively with external stakeholders, auditors and global regulators on related fronts.
  • Advanced Cyber Risk Efficacy: Leverage AI and automated tooling to develop proactive measures, threat intelligence capabilities, and scalable defenses against vulnerabilities across all engineering domains.
  • Adversarial / Penetration Testing: Personally adopt an attacker’s mindset to identify complex attack chains, logic flaws, and zero-day vulnerabilities within financial platforms and product architectures.
  • Incident Response & Operational Resilience: Direct and coordinate responses to critical enterprise security incidents, managing containment, forensic investigation, and rapid remediation efforts alongside SecOps.
  • Regulatory Compliance Frameworks: Maintain an information security framework that ensures continuous readiness for strict industry audits and regulatory compliance requirements globally (e.g., NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS 4.0, DORA).
  • Executive & Stakeholder Reporting: Define and maintain metrics that communicate security posture, program progress, and incident risk analysis to the CISO, senior executive leadership, and the Board.
  • Innovation & Emerging Tech: Stay ahead of global fintech trends, adopting cutting-edge technologies and methodologies—specifically regarding secure AI deployment—to continuously strengthen the organization’s security posture.

Qualifications

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Core Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in information security, IT risk management, or cyber defense roles. Must be an active technical practitioner with a proven track record of independently performing manual penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, detection/response activities, and code reviews across cloud and application infrastructures, without relying solely on automated commercial tools.
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in senior leadership or management roles specifically within a security engineering organization, managing people, cross-functional teams and complex security programs.
  • Domain Mastery: In-depth technical knowledge of security architecture, secure cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP), application security principles, and adversarial emulation (Red Teaming).

Highly Preferred Certifications

  • Core Security: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
  • Governance & Risk: CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or ISACA AAISM™ (Advanced in AI Security Management)
  • Hands-On Offensive & AI: OffSec OSAI (Offensive Security AI Red Teamer), OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), OSCE (Offensive Security Certified Expert), or SANS GXPN (GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester)

Skills and Abilities

  • Strategic & Tactical Balancer with a Commercial Mindset: Highly hands-on and technically skilled. Strong strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to and translate the CISO’s high-level vision into actionable plans and drive successful execution. Balances technical risk reduction with business enablement, ensuring security infrastructure serves as a competitive advantage that unblocks global revenue and enterprise-client acquisition.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex security risks and technical concepts to both engineering teams and executive management/the Board.
  • 2nd-Line Cyber Risk Oversight & Governance: Robust capability to operate as a strategic second-line risk leader. Proven experience defining enterprise security risk appetites, establishing governance frameworks, and executing independent control testing to validate that the first line (engineering/product teams) effectively manages cyber risk.
  • Defense-in-Depth Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of modern system security design principles, intrusion prevention, API security, and automated vulnerability management.
  • High-Pressure Decision Making: Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks, maintain cross-functional transparency, and make critical risk decisions under pressure during live security incidents.

Marketing Head of Marketing at Yardzen

Head of Marketing leads the full marketing funnel including brand strategy, demand generation, content, and lifecycle marketing to drive growth and customer acquisition.

Exec Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Yardzen, we believe people are at their best when they’re outside.

Our mission is simple: help people complete the outdoor spaces of their dreams. We start with design and stay with the project through the build, pairing homeowners with a dedicated representative who guides cost and design tradeoffs, matches them with multiple vetted local contractors, makes sense of the estimates, and helps them confidently hire the right one. The result is a finished yard, not just a plan. Since our launch in 2018, we’ve helped tens of thousands of homeowners transform their outdoor spaces, make sustainable choices, enhance property value, and enjoy life outdoors.

We’re transforming the $200 billion outdoor renovation industry with AI, data, and technology, making design effortless and the build clear, guided, and far less daunting from first idea to finished space. Recognized as Fast Company’s Most Innovative and named to Inc. Magazine’s Best Places to Work, our work has been featured in Architectural Digest, The New York Times, Sunset Magazine, House Beautiful, The Wall Street Journal, and Forbes. And we’re just getting started.

We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to lead the next chapter of growth at Yardzen. The business is evolving from a design-first model to an integrated design-and-build offering that delivers a finished yard, not just a plan. It’s a defining product and market moment, and we need a marketing leader who sees that and runs at it. They build the strategy and treat the next 24 months as a rare opportunity.

This role reports to the CEO, sits on the leadership team and leads the marketing organization end to end. It owns the full funnel: brand, performance, content and lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive demand and conversion. Own performance across paid, organic, partnerships and referral. Hit acquisition and CAC targets while growing the funnel.

  • Lead brand strategy and execution. Define how Yardzen shows up across every customer touchpoint and protect the consistency of that voice as we scale.

  • Tell the integrated design-and-build story. Help customers understand what Yardzen is becoming and why it matters for them.

  • Partner closely with product and operations to align the customer journey end to end.

  • Own the metrics that matter. CAC, LTV, conversion at each stage, brand awareness and revenue.

  • Bring rigor to budget allocation and channel mix. Make tradeoffs based on data and tell the story to the leadership team and board.

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of consumer marketing experience, with meaningful time as a senior leader (Director or VP). B2B experience is a bonus.

  • A real full-funnel marketer. You’ve built brands and you’ve moved performance numbers. Most marketers do one well, we need someone who can do both.

  • Direct experience at a DTC or consumer services company at meaningful scale, ideally between $25M and $200M in revenue.

  • A track record of growth in a competitive consumer category. Bonus if that category was home, design, real estate or another considered purchase.

  • Strong instincts for brand and design. We’re a design-led company and our marketing leader needs to share that aesthetic standard.

  • Strategic and hands-on. You can build the plan and write the brief.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and leading through change.

  • Bay Area preferred.

What we offer:

  • Remote work, always: We’re a remote-first company
  • Full coverage for you: 100% paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Competitive compensation: Salary that matches your skills and experience
  • Support for growing families: 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave
  • Monthly perks: Wellness, cell phone, and internet stipends to keep you connected and cared for

At Yardzen, we’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunities to succeed. We are looking for people that will add to our culture, not just fit in.  So regardless of race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, origin, ability, age, or veteran status, if joining this mission speaks to you, we encourage you to apply!

If you are an individual with a disability and would like to request a reasonable accommodation as part of the application or the recruiting process, please contact us at [email protected].

Yardzen is registered as an employer in many, but not all, states. If you are not located in a state where Yardzen is registered, you will not be eligible for employment.

  • Lateral Influencing / Influential Leadership: Ability to collaborate effectively as a trusted partner across the global organization, promoting a collaborative culture of continuous resilience and security awareness.

Finance Giga Energy: Head of Project Finance

Head of Project Finance builds and leads capital formation strategy for AI infrastructure projects, managing lender relationships and structuring multi-hundred-million-dollar financing across power and data center assets.

Exec Remote Posted 3 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: New York, NY. Remote, USA.
URL: http://gigaenergy.com

Why join Giga

  • The Pace: We're building at a speed most companies talk about but never actually operate at. If you've been bored somewhere else, you won't be here.
  • The Impact: Every person at Giga touches the work that matters. No layers, no waiting for approval chains. You'll see your fingerprints on what we ship.
  • The Team: A team of operators defining the future of AI infrastructure. We recruit A-players from the most innovative companies in the world, and they choose Giga because the work here means more.
  • The Moment: AI doesn't run without power, and that's us. Giga is the picks and shovels behind the AI revolution. This industry is about to explode, and you'll be in the room where it's already happening.

What you’ll do

The AI infrastructure buildout is the largest capital deployment cycle since the shale boom. Hundreds of billions of dollars will flow into power and data center assets over the next decade, and the people who build the financing playbooks now will define how this entire industry gets funded. This role sits at the center of that.

As Giga’s Head of Project Finance, you will own capital formation for the company. You will build the project finance function from the ground up — the team, the lender relationships, the capital strategy, and the financing playbooks that unlock nine- and ten-figure infrastructure deployments across power generation and data center assets. You will report directly to the CFO, work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO, and sit at the table with tier-one lenders, infrastructure funds, and tax equity investors as the principal, not the advisor.

This is not a role for someone looking to run a desk inside an established framework. You are inheriting a blank page. You will define how Giga finances its pipeline, hire the team that executes it, and set the standard for how this generational buildout gets funded.

This role comes with meaningful equity in a company at the inflection point of a generational buildout. If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to step into principal ownership of capital strategy at scale, this is it.

Where you’ll work

Remote. NYC Preferred

Responsibilities

  •   Own capital formation across the portfolio — set the financing strategy for Giga’s full pipeline of power and data center assets, determining how each project gets capitalized across debt, tax equity, sponsor equity, and alternative structures.
  •   Lead the project finance function end to end — from originating lender and investor relationships, to structuring and negotiating facilities, to closing deals, to managing post-close compliance and reporting.
  •   Build and lead the team — hire, develop, and manage the project finance organization. Define the operating model, the review process, and the bar for financial rigor as the team scales from one to many.
  •   Structure and close financings at scale — negotiate non-recourse and limited-recourse debt facilities, construction financing, tax equity partnerships, back-leverage, holdco debt, and other structures with institutional lenders, infrastructure funds, and strategic partners.
  •   Serve as Giga’s principal face to the capital markets — own relationships with tier-one project finance banks, infrastructure funds, tax equity investors, and ratings agencies. Build the institutional credibility that unlocks favorable terms across the portfolio.
  •   Drive deals to close on Giga’s timelines — lead financial due diligence and lender-facing workstreams, coordinate across legal, engineering, and operations, and hold the pen on the financial narrative from term sheet through funding.
  •   Partner with the CEO and CFO on enterprise capital strategy — inform decisions on project selection, portfolio construction, capital allocation, and the corporate financing stack that sits above the project level.
  •   Represent the company to the board and investment committees — translate complex multi-layer financing structures into clear risk-return narratives for the board, external investors, and credit committees on the other side of the table.
  •   Build the internal financial infrastructure — models, templates, underwriting standards, governance, reporting cadences, and lender compliance systems that scale with deal volume as Giga grows.

Requirements

  •   10+ years in project finance, structured finance, or infrastructure finance, with a clear track record of leading deals from origination through close as the principal or lead banker — not as support.
  •   Proven record of closing large-scale non-recourse and limited-recourse debt facilities for physical infrastructure assets, including construction-phase financing, at sizes that have materially moved a portfolio.
  •   Deep experience structuring and negotiating across the full capital stack — senior debt, mezzanine, tax equity, back-leverage, and sponsor equity — with the judgment to know which structure fits which project.
  •   Demonstrated ability to build a function from scratch or rebuild one at inflection, including hiring and managing a team, setting the operating cadence, and establishing the standards.
  •   Established relationships across institutional lenders, infrastructure funds, and tax equity investors that you can activate from day one.
  •   Elite modeling fluency — you can build a project finance model from a blank spreadsheet, sculpt debt against complex cash flows, and defend every assumption in front of a credit committee. You also know when not to be the one in the model.
  •   Executive presence and narrative skill — you’re as credible in a board meeting as you are in a credit committee, and you can turn complex structures into clear risk-return stories for any audience.
  •   High agency and builder’s instinct — you are energized, not unnerved, by the prospect of writing the playbook rather than following one.

Bonus Points

  •   Direct experience financing power generation, energy, or data center infrastructure assets at scale.
  •   Deep familiarity with ITC/PTC tax credit structures and transferability provisions under the Inflation Reduction Act, including structuring transfer deals with corporate buyers.
  •   Senior background at an infrastructure-focused investment bank (Macquarie, Guggenheim, RBC, MUFG, KeyBanc) or an infrastructure fund (Stonepeak, GIP, Brookfield, IFM).
  •   Experience with equipment-level financing, sale-leaseback structures, or asset-backed lending for industrial or power assets.
  •   Experience leading a capital markets or project finance function inside an operating company, not just advising from the sell-side.
  •   MBA, CFA, or graduate degree in a quantitative field.
  •   Prior experience at a high-growth company during a scaling phase — you know what it feels like when the pace of the business outstrips the infrastructure, and you’re energized by that, not overwhelmed.

Benefits

  • Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Equity (options) in a rapidly growing startup
  • 401(k) with 4% employer match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Parental leave
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Commuter benefits
  • Monthly team onsites where all offices come in–person to collaborate

Who we hire

We hire people who thrive in chaos and get sharper under pressure. You don't wait to be told what to do, you spot the gap and fill it. When there's work to be done, you do it. You make decisions with the information you have, move fast, and adjust along the way. We're not looking for perfect; we're looking for people who get things done.

Equal Opportunity Employer Statement

Giga Energy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws. Giga Energy complies with all applicable labor laws, including the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and other relevant state and federal regulations. The Director, Enterprise IT Support is a people-first leadership role responsible for building, leading, and continuously improving a high-performing IT support organization. This role delivers value through team development, operational discipline, and a structured service delivery model — not as a hands-on technical expert. The Director owns the design and execution of the tiered support model (Tier 0–Tier 2) and ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery across a broad enterprise IT environment, operating in close partnership with the IT PMO, GRC, and Security teams.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  1. People Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop IT support leaders and senior engineers. Establish performance expectations, accountability structures, and career pathways. Build a culture focused on ownership, service quality, and continuous improvement.
  2. Service Delivery & Operations: Own and mature the enterprise IT service delivery model including SLAs, escalation, and performance reporting. Ensure consistent execution of incident, request, problem, and change management processes.
  3. Tiered Support Model Ownership: Design and continuously improve the Tier 0 (self-service), Tier 1 (service desk), and Tier 2 (technical escalation) model. Increase automation and self-service adoption to reduce ticket volume.
