Your Mission:
Youâll own and scale paid media at AfterShip, serving as the technical expert behind the engine that drives top-of-funnel pipeline growth across our ICP accounts. From bidding strategy and audience targeting to creative testing and conversion analysis, youâll lead performance across channels including Google Search, LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, and emerging acquisition channels. Youâll inherit an existing paid media foundation with the opportunity to take it to the next level, improving unit economics, expanding the channel mix through thoughtful experimentation, and building a consistent pipeline engine for sales to convert.
