Job Description

12 Month Contract

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hey, hello, hiya, g’day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you’re probably keen to find out what’s on offer, so we’ll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

This role is based in Sydney, and we’re looking for someone who calls it home. Our hybrid way of working gives you the flexibility to work remotely, and to come together on campus for meaningful collaboration and connection when it matters most. We trust our team to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that’s all part of the fun. This will give you the flavour of the type of things you’ll be working, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Driving a drumbeat of product storytelling: You’ll develop and execute a year-round product storytelling strategy, identifying compelling angles that highlight the breadth of Canva’s products, the problems we’re solving, and the ways people use Canva to create, communicate, and collaborate.

  • Elevating Canva’s product leaders: You’ll build platforms for Canva’s product leaders to share their expertise and vision, developing a mix of media opportunities, content, speaking engagements, and industry participation that strengthens Canva’s reputation.

  • Building recognition for Canva’s products: You’ll lead Canva’s global product reviews, rankings, and awards program, identifying opportunities to showcase our innovation, strengthen credibility, and earn recognition from the organisations and publications that matter most.

  • Shaping Canva’s product narrative: You’ll work closely with Product Marketing to evolve Canva’s product messaging and positioning, ensuring our communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with the broader story of where Canva is headed.

  • Turning product insights into stories: You’ll work closely with data teams to uncover trends, growth stories, product adoption milestones, and unique user behaviours, transforming insights into compelling narratives that showcase the momentum and impact of our products.

  • Supporting major product launches and announcements: You’ll play a key role in bringing Canva’s biggest product launches to life across earned and owned channels, partnering with product and marketing teams to deliver coordinated, high-impact moments.

You’re probably a match if you have:

  • Strong experience in product, consumer technology, or technology communications, with a track record of developing compelling product stories and securing coverage across leading outlets.

  • A passion for great products and storytelling, with a knack for uncovering newsworthy angles and translating product innovation into stories that resonate with media and customers.

  • Experience partnering closely with Product Marketing teams, with the ability to translate product priorities, positioning, and launches into compelling communications strategies and stories.

  • A strong understanding of the product reviews and awards landscape, with experience securing recognition from leading publications, review platforms, analysts, and industry organisations.

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling communications across a range of formats and audiences, from media pitches and press releases to spokesperson briefings, executive communications, reactive statements, and internal updates.

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and spokespeople to prepare for media engagements, keynote presentations, customer events, and thought leadership opportunities.

  • Experience operating in fast-moving environments, taking ownership of complex work from strategy through execution, and bringing clarity to ambiguous situations.

About the team

The companies that define categories are the ones that clearly show the world what the future could look like, and bring others along with them. Our Global Communications function exists to shape how we’re understood globally, across customers, employees, investors, regulators, and the media.

Our team partners across the business to translate what we’re building into clear, compelling narratives that build momentum, strengthen our reputation, and accelerate our growth. Operating across more than a dozen countries, we ensure Canva is represented with clarity, consistency, and impact on a global stage.

Other stuff to know

We make hiring decisions based on your experience, skills and passion, as well as how you can enhance Canva and our culture. When you apply, please tell us the pronouns you use and any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process. Please note that interviews are conducted virtually.

Come join us!

Location: New York City strongly preferred, Remote considered

Reports To: Manager, Financial Data Application Specialists

About the Role

The Financial Data Application Specialist role at AlphaSense lives at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical implementation for AlphaSense’s financial data products. This is a new team at AlphaSense supporting a strategic area of investment for the business, so we are looking for entrepreneurial minded people that can use learnings from client discussions to help optimize both our go-to-market and product strategies. Specialists add value across our revenue organization by building relationships with prospects and clients, providing deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense’s financial data while helping to drive adoption. Due to the extensive exposure that Specialists have with clients, they’re also in a prime location to partner with our sales, product, marketing and leadership teams in determining future product developments that will resonate with the market.

What You’ll Do

  • Growth Initiatives: Assist sales in demos and strategic trials of AlphaSense’s financial data solutions. The team also runs trial training calls, making the ability to overcome common objections and communicate our value proposition essential to success.
  • Customer Health: The team works hand in hand with account management, speaking with and visiting users to provide advanced training, customizations, and product consultations. Specialists often drive adoption by building custom templates or other bespoke modeling tools for our customers.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Specialists have expertise in quantitative analysis for investment and valuation decisions. They know the use cases that our customers are likely to care about, and package it for utilization by sales and account management. This can come in the form of how-to videos, enablement, product marketing, support articles and others that can be used for meetings or email distribution.
  • Product Direction: Because of our Specialists’ deep understanding of both our financial data products and customers, they are in a position to field feedback and identify product opportunities, and relay that information across the organization (account management, account executives, product, management).
  • Consultative Support: Act as an escalation point for our product and support teams on difficult scenarios our customers may face with our solutions, particularly when leveraging Excel Add-ins. Manage and resolve challenges related to the full integration of our modeling solutions into our clients’ workflows.

Who You Are

  • A client-facing professional with a superior ability to develop rapport with new people, and to maintain relationships, combined with a positive and proactive personality.
  • Someone who has worked with external stakeholders — whether senior investment professionals, corporate development and M&A teams, investor relations, corporate strategy, or competitive intelligence functions — and wants to spend their time client-facing and actively engaged with them.
  • Someone who can speak the language of finance and knows how to analyze a company’s financial data, benchmark it against its peers, and understand how professionals in these roles use quantitative tools to make decisions.
  • Committed to becoming a SME for financial data across all industries, personas, and verticals.
  • A passion for technology, AI, and the capital markets.
  • Excellent in 360 degree communication and collaboration.
  • Able to distill and explain complex issues in simple terms — this is a teaching and enablement role, helping clients learn to do things with our product rather than doing the work for them.
  • Genuine interest to learn how the different tools we’ve built contribute to our clients’ processes, to help identify when a particular client should be using them, and to identify solutions that solve for a client’s needs.
  • Intrinsically motivated and a self-starter, with the ability to stay energized in repetitive client conversations and contribute to a dynamic and entrepreneurial team culture.
  • Strong time management, organization, and task prioritization skills, with comfort juggling many moving pieces across a fast-moving, high-growth team.
  • An independent problem-solver, making multiple efforts to solve problems on your own before escalating.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, and flexible enough to adapt as needed to drive customer happiness, ideally with experience operating in a smaller, high-growth team environment.
  • Familiar with the institutional investor landscape, financial markets, and investment research — or with the corporate finance landscape (corporate development, M&A, FP&A, IR, strategy) and the quantitative tools those teams rely on.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A foundation in finance or corporate finance — for example, progress toward a CFA or a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting, OR equivalent hands-on exposure to financial analysis through a corporate development, M&A, investor relations, corporate strategy, or competitive intelligence function.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in equity research, investment management, private equity, accounting, consulting, corporate development/M&A, investor relations, or a comparable client- or stakeholder-facing role, with a strong desire to move toward client-facing positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with financial data in some form — for example, building or interpreting a comparable company’s analysis, benchmarking a company against its peers, or understanding how you would approach that work. You do not need to have built three-statement models yourself, but you must be able to speak the language of finance and do benchmarking.
  • Strong Excel abilities (nice to have: familiarity with AI powered spreadsheet tools and/or experience leveraging generative AI tools within productivity software).
  • Excellent communication skills, as you must manage relationships with high-profile fund managers, corporate finance leaders, and junior analysts alike.

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

Operations Field Operations Manager at Saltbox

Field Operations Manager implements new accounts and locations on-site, then builds playbooks and training systems for the wider network to execute independently.

Mid Hybrid Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Full-time · Salaried · Operations Excellence

Location: Remote, based in Los Angeles, the Washington DC metro, the Atlanta metro, or the Phoenix area

Travel: approximately 50%

Saltbox makes the hardest parts of running a small online business simple. Our workspaces bring together flexible warehouse suites, offices, and hands-on logistics support, all designed to help eCommerce entrepreneurs scale with confidence. Our members run businesses across Fashion & Apparel, Health & Beauty, Electronics, Household Goods, and more. When you join Saltbox, you’re not just joining a company, you’re helping real small business owners in your own backyard succeed.

Saltbox is growing: new locations are opening, new programs are rolling out, and new accounts need to be set up right. The Field Operations Manager is the hands-on operator we send in to make those things happen on the ground.

You’ll spend roughly half your time embedded in Saltbox markets: implementing new accounts, opening new locations, running operational resets, and training the teams who keep it all going. The other half you’ll spend turning what worked into playbooks and training the rest of the network can run. Your job is to execute what’s new, account implementations, location openings, operational resets, and leave behind teams and systems strong enough that they don’t need you anymore.

This is the first time Saltbox has hired this role, so there’s no playbook waiting for you. You’ll write it. You’ll do the work first, on the floor, alongside the team, then turn what worked into the standard everyone else runs. If you want a real say in how a role, and a growing network, take shape, this is that seat.

What the job looks like

One week you’re on a warehouse floor in Atlanta setting up a new account alongside the local team. The next you’re home, turning what you learned into a playbook every market can run. You’ll travel roughly 50% of the time, working shoulder to shoulder with Market Leaders and Location Managers while you’re on the ground. Your remote weeks are for building: writing SOPs, coaching teams over video, and checking whether what you rolled out last month actually stuck.

What you will own

Account implementations

  • Turn new account requirements into a runnable operational plan: layout, staffing, workflows, and service standards
  • Run the on-site setup, training, and first weeks of live volume alongside the local team
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and location ops so what was sold is what gets executed
  • Hand ownership to the local team once the account runs stable, then verify the handoff held

Field execution & operational resets

  • Travel to Saltbox markets to lead launches, operational resets, and high-priority initiatives
  • Diagnose operational drift, identify root causes, and implement fixes the local team can sustain after you leave
  • Partner with Market Leaders and Location Managers on execution: you bring the playbook, they own the building

Playbooks, training & standards

  • Write the SOPs, playbooks, and operational standards that turn one market’s win into every market’s default
  • Design and deliver training that gets field teams certified on new processes and programs
  • Maintain a single source of truth for operational standards and retire outdated versions before they cause drift

Team coaching & enablement

  • Coach Member Specialist Leads and Location Managers through new programs until they can run them independently
  • Build train-the-trainer capacity in each market so adoption doesn’t depend on your presence
  • Leave every engagement with a named local owner and a written handoff

Performance & analytics

  • Use operational data to figure out what to fix first and show whether it worked
  • Track adoption and outcomes for every program you launch, and intervene early when metrics slip
  • Report progress on launches and resets on a cadence leadership can plan around

How we measure success

  • New accounts go live on schedule and transition to local ownership within 30 days of stable operation
  • New locations open with certified teams running the standard playbook from day one
  • Process adoption holds at 90%+ across markets 60 days after rollout, measured, not assumed
  • Operational resets stick: the same issue doesn’t reappear within two quarters
  • Field teams get measurably more self-sufficient, with fewer escalations to you over time, not more
  • Market Leaders pull you in proactively because your involvement makes their numbers better

Who thrives here

  • You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks: that’s the ownership mentality we hire for
  • You’re energized by airports, warehouse floors, and new problems in new cities. 50% travel sounds like a feature, not a cost
  • You get satisfaction from making yourself unnecessary: the win is the team running it without you
  • You’re as comfortable walking a customer through their setup as you are sorting packages next to the team at 7am
  • You don’t wait for a perfect playbook: you build the first version yourself and improve it as you go
  • You like helping things grow that didn’t exist before, and you’ve gotten your hands dirty doing it, not just planned it from a distance
  • You hold a high standard and coach people up to it instead of writing them off
  • You’d rather fix the root cause once than manage the symptom forever

What you bring

  • 4+ years in operations, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, implementation, or multi-site operations
  • You use AI daily AND you’ve started building it into how your team operates, workflows, drafts, recurring summaries. Specifics matter.
  • Strong process improvement and project management skills: you can map a process, find the waste, and rebuild it
  • Ability to translate business requirements into executable operational plans
  • Strong communication and training skills: you can get a team aligned without a deck
  • Comfortable influencing without direct authority
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%, based in Los Angeles, the Washington DC metro, the Atlanta metro, or the Phoenix area

How we work with AI

AI is part of how we work at Saltbox. Every role here is expected to use AI tools as part of daily work, not as a novelty, but as a real lever for doing the job better. We invest in protected time, training budget, and a peer community to support that growth, and we expect every team member to lean in.

What we offer

  • Medical coverage, 100% covered for two Aetna plans, or a low premium for PPO
  • Dental and vision covered at 100%
  • 401K plan options
  • Company-paid long-term and short-term disability and life insurance
  • Paid holidays, vacation time, sick time, and paid parental leave
  • Learning and professional development budget

Ready to apply

Saltbox is excited to offer a full-time salaried position with a base pay range of $70,000–$95,000, depending on your location. We understand that cost of living varies across our markets, and our compensation reflects that.

This role is remote with approximately 50% travel, and candidates must be based in Los Angeles, the Washington DC metro, the Atlanta metro, or the Phoenix area.

If you’re looking for a hands-on role where you make new things work on the ground and leave every team stronger than you found it, we want to hear from you. Apply today and become part of the Saltbox team.

What this role involves

About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

Available Locations: NYC or San Francisco(Hybrid)

About the team

AI Access is one of two central pillars of Cloudflare’s Act 4 (the other is Agentic Commerce). As bot traffic rises and human traffic declines, publishers and service providers lose the ad and subscription revenue that funds the open web. Without a new model, the economic incentive to create original content may decline or even disappear.

We help Cloudflare’s customers embrace the Agentic Web by making their content and services available to AI agents on their terms — open to any bot, gated behind payment, or anywhere in between. Help us build a better internet by ushering in a new business model for it.

What you’ll do

  • Drive the strategy and roadmap across a suite of products that help content creators protect, value, and earn compensation for their work, and adjacent AI Access products
  • Deliver product specifications, prototypes, product positioning, and high-impact launches
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and GTM to ship at high velocity
  • Work with Partnerships and BD to define the new business model for the open web
  • Represent the product externally with publishers, AI labs, and developers

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years as a PM in infrastructure, developer tools, or AI/ML.

    • Developer-facing experience required; data, crawling, or search is a strong plus
  • A strong communicator who is comfortable with ambiguity

  • Technically literate — you don’t need to write Rust, but you should be able to push back on a tech lead on the merits of a particular direction

  • Alignment with Cloudflare’s goals and values - learn more on our Careers page

  • *Nice to have* Founder or early-stage operator background.

  • *Nice to have* Content licensing, rights, or publishing industry experience.

How we work

At Cloudflare, performance is about results and behaviors. We value curiosity, transparency, empathy, grit, and doing the principled thing. We’re distributed by design — this role is based in London or Lisbon, with regular travel to partners and team offsites.

Why this role

Content creators should be compensated for the value they create — whether a human or an agent is consuming it. We’re helping build the business model for the agentic web. What we ship directly shapes how the AI economy develops over the next two to three years. The trade-off: ambiguous, demanding, high expectations. If you want a legible PM role at a big company, this isn’t it. If you want to own the product side of a thesis that matters, it is.

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

- For New York City-based and California (excluding Bay Area): Estimated annual salary of $141,000 - $180,000.

- For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $147,000 - $189,000

Equity

This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.

What Makes Cloudflare Special?

We’re not just a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company. We’re a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company with a soul. Fundamental to our mission to help build a better Internet is protecting the free and open Internet.

Project Galileo: Since 2014, we’ve equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflare’s enterprise customers–at no cost.

Athenian Project: In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. Since the project, we’ve provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.

1.1.1.1: We released1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumer-focused service Cloudflare has ever released. Here’s the deal - we don’t store client IP addresses never, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.
