Who you are:

  • 5+ years of product management or similar experience, preferably in edtech or HR tech
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Experience with agile software development practices and experience crafting epics, user stories, building agile processes, backlog management, and roadmap planning
  • Experience leading or significantly contributing to platform, infrastructure-adjacent, or internal product initiatives (e.g., APIs, internal tools, system integrations, migrations).

  • Enjoys tackling open-ended, ambiguous problems and delving into new topics, domains, and techniques; can process a large amount of information and distill into recommendations
  • “No job too small” attitude / “roll up sleeves” mentality; proactive with a bias for speed and action; able to handle multiple, competing (and sometimes unexpected) demands

How you will create impact:

Product development and execution

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery
  • Accountable for a roadmap of features and capabilities to ensure a scalable and high-quality experience for learners and/or corporate partners
  • Lead product work for pods focused on technical initiatives, including internal support tools, partner eligibility management, core platform/API evolution, and front-end framework migration.
  • Partner closely with engineering to define scope, sequence work, manage dependencies, and make informed tradeoffs that balance delivery, scalability, and technical quality.
  • Ensure technical initiatives are clearly tied to business outcomes, operational efficiency, or future product capabilities.

Understanding of the market and business

  • Maintain a solid understanding of the problems and needs of working adult learners and employer partners, by proactively reviewing and analyzing available market data and internal data (e.g., A/B testing, learner survey data, platform usage data) and seeking opportunities to obtain firsthand learnings (e.g., watch Gong recordings of sales calls, join/lead user experience interviews)
  • Translate market and business needs into product solutions and features

Product Senior Product Manager - Payments at Bitpanda

Define and execute the strategic vision for Bitpanda's fiat payments infrastructure, owning the deposit and withdrawal engines that serve millions of retail users.

Senior Remote Posted about 5 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who we are

We simplify wealth creation. Founded in 2014 in Vienna, Austria by Eric Demuth, Paul Klanschek and Christian Trummer, we’re here to help people trust themselves enough to build their financial freedom — for now and the future. Our user-friendly, trade-everything platform empowers both first-time investors and seasoned experts to invest in the cryptocurrencies, crypto indices, stocks*, precious metals and commodities* they want — with any sized budget, 24⁄7. Our global team works across different cultures and time zones, bringing our products to more than 7 million customers, making us one of Europe’s safest and most secure platforms that powers modern investing.

Headquartered in Austria but operating across Europe, our products are built by fast-moving, talented, “roll-up-your-sleeves-and-make-it-happen” kind of people. It’s these diverse perspectives and innovative minds operating as ONE TEAM that keep Bitpanda at the cutting edge of our industry. So if you’re someone who thinks big, moves fast and wants to make an impact right from day one, then get ready to join our industry-changing team. Let’s go!

Your mission:

As a Senior Payments Product Manager, you will define and execute the strategic vision for Bitpanda’s fiat payments infrastructure. You will own the core deposit and withdrawal engines that power our millions of retail users—turning fiat on-ramps into frictionless, instant gateways to modern investing. You will blend customer-obsessed user experience with a technical approach to infrastructure, ensuring every transaction is efficient, cost-optimized, and resilient to support Europe’s future #1 investment platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the retail fiat lifecycle: Drive the strategic product roadmap for consumer deposits and withdrawals across multiple European geographies, maximizing payment method localization (e.g., local card networks, SEPA Instant, Open Banking).
  • Embed deeply with engineering: Act as a core, day-to-day leader within your cross-functional engineering squad. Drive high-velocity agile execution by writing precise PRDs and managing your scope from ideation to delivery and post-delivery.
  • Architect flawless transaction journeys: Own the design of robust payment state machines, edge-case handling, and idempotent systems to eliminate “lost” deposits and minimize user friction during high-traffic market events.
  • Optimize conversion via smart routing: Build and iterate on intelligent payment routing and cascading logic. Normalize decline reasons across various banking partners to implement smart retries and clear, actionable user error messaging that prevents funnel drop-off.
  • Relentlessly optimize unit economics: Target and reduce processing costs per successful transaction through routing efficiencies, commercial negotiations, and multi-rail optimizations to directly improve broker margins.
  • Automate broker operations: Partner with Finance, Fraud, and Risk Operations to design automated ledgering, settlement monitoring, and exception handling tools, moving away from manual operational workflows.
  • Serve as the main product contact for external providers and PSPs —steering technical discovery, alignment, and strict SLA enforcement.

Who you are:

  • B2C fintech product professional: 5+ years of Product Management experience within a high-growth consumer fintech, neobank, or retail broker platform, with a proven history of shipping heavy transactional infrastructure.
  • Hands-on agile executor: You love being in the trenches. You are deeply fluent in API ergonomics, webhooks, microservices architecture, and system observability tools.
  • Consumer conversion champion: you understand that in a retail broker, speed equals conversion. You possess deep empathy for retail user friction and a passion for turning complex financial mechanics into simple user experiences.
  • Fiat Payments domain expert: deep structural knowledge of core financial rails (SEPA, SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, Card Schemes), clearing/settlement cycles, and how local payment methods impact conversion and cost.
  • Ruthlessly data-driven: Expert at using data to expose infrastructure leaks. Strong proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview) or SQL to diagnose funnel drop-offs and system failure modes.

What’s in it for you

  • Flexibility to work where you thrive – Enjoy the freedom of our Hybrid working model, combining onsite collaboration and remote work, with an additional 25 days per year to work from a city or country of your choice.

    • Monitor usage and adoption, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvements.

What You Bring

    • Required

    • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments.
    • Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.
    • Cross-functional experience with engineering, operations, and business teams, ideally across distributed time zones.
    • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools.
    • Initiative and ownership—proactively identify problems, propose solutions, and drive completion.
    • Willingness to push back constructively while maintaining strong relationships.
    • High standards and clear perspective on what "good" looks like.

    • Preferred
    • Product management experience in operations platforms, workforce management systems, or related domains.
    • Background in data annotation, ML operations, gig economy platforms, or services businesses with distributed workforces.

Senior Product Manager leads strategy, design, and execution of a legal bill review service, integrating AI capabilities into product workflows and roadmaps for enterprise clients.

Senior Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

MBR Senior AI Product Manager

Mitratech is a proven global technology partner for corporate legal and compliance teams. Our approach to work is proactive, collaborative, and committed. The professionals who are thriving at Mitratech are people who know how to balance individual excellence with teamwork. We believe our employees’ enthusiasm fuels great work, so we pursue individuals with a passion for building an environment of ownership, transparency, continuous improvement as well as a dedication to driving the best possible experience for our clients. In other words, if you like people and technology, you’ll fit right in.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of our technology-enabled Legal Managed Bill Review service. You will define how MBR capabilities are envisioned, built, and adopted, and you will bring an AI-forward mindset to everything you do, from how you run your own PM process to how you identify opportunities to deliver smarter, more efficient workflows for corporate legal and finance teams.

This is not a pure AI role, but it is a role for someone who sees AI as a natural part of modern product thinking. You will collaborate with engineering, design, domain experts, and enterprise clients to shape a product that balances operational rigor, client configurability, and the practical application of emerging AI capabilities where they create real value.

Location: Remote, Global (distributed team across multiple time zones)

Department: Legal Solutions Product Management

Reports to: Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the roadmap for MBR capabilities, including core bill review workflows, reporting, and adjacent features across integrated solutions
  • Continuously evaluate where AI-driven capabilities – such as intelligent document processing, anomaly detection, or workflow automation – can meaningfully improve client outcomes
  • Drive the vision for how the product can adapt to client-specific needs while maintaining reliability, compliance, and transparency
  • Balance innovation with the practical demands of enterprise legal and finance environments
  • Identify opportunities, including AI-assisted capabilities, that deliver measurable client value without unnecessary complexity

Execution & Delivery

  • Write clear product requirements and translate these into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product features; leverage AI writing and analysis tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate drafting, summarization, and research tasks
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features with appropriate guardrails and quality standards
  • Define and track success metrics including adoption, operational efficiency, and client retention
  • Draw upon Agile and project management skills to increase engineering effectiveness and execution velocity; use AI-assisted tooling where appropriate to reduce overhead on documentation, sprint planning, and backlog grooming

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Act as a translator between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients across different functional “languages” (Engineering, Sales, Services, Finance)
  • Present, demo, and influence customers, prospects, and executive leadership on roadmap decisions
  • Bring clients and prospects along on the AI journey, articulating where AI creates tangible value in their workflows and setting honest expectations about what it can and cannot do today
  • Develop and align on go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning across cross-functional teams

Team Leadership

  • Lead a globally distributed agile team with empathy and cultural intelligence
  • Model an AI-forward PM culture, encouraging the team to experiment with and adopt AI tools that improve how work gets done
  • Support engineering teams to ensure agile ceremonies run on time, on budget, and with value across time zones
  • Foster alignment, accountability, and velocity across diverse teams

Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ years in Product Management, with B2B enterprise software experience (corporate legal or finance preferred)
  • Track record of successfully developing and launching products within Fortune 1000 accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to design products that adapt to client-specific requirements across varied deployment models
  • Strong project management skills: document, socialize, and archive product artifacts effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A metrics-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams
  • Working familiarity with AI tools and concepts relevant to document-heavy workflows, including generative AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intelligent document processing (IDP), and model context protocol (MCP)
  • Familiarity with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office

Preferred

  • Knowledge of corporate legal workflows in matter management and eBilling, or prior experience with ERP financial software
  • Exposure to integrating acquired product lines and developing alignment strategies across teams
  • Experience with platform product management and organizational alignment across multiple teams

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to shape the next generation of legal operations and managed services technology, with AI as a core part of the story
  • Work with a global, highly driven team at the intersection of enterprise technology and legal innovation
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • A fully remote culture with flexible working hours across time zones
  • An environment that values both collaboration and challenge, driving the highest outcomes for clients and stakeholders

We are an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status.

With over $7B in bookings, Peek’s AI-powered platform has helped thousands of merchants to increase revenues, save time, and deliver seamless guest experiences. Customers include MoMA, Whitney Museum, Seattle Aquarium, Bryant Park & Looping Group. The company has raised over $150 million from institutional investors Westcap, Goldman Sachs, and SpringCoast Partners. Learn more at www.peek.com.

As a remote-first company recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Startup Employers and by Built In as a 2025 and 2026 Best Place to Work, we are a global team of “Peeksters” who “Obsess Over Our Customers,” “Accomplish Big Things,” “Collaborate With Purpose,” and “Get Better Every Day.

The Role

We’re hiring an Associate Product Manager to join our small, high-ownership product team supporting the ACME brand - a B2B SaaS platform serving museums, cultural attractions, and non-profit organizations across North America.

This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to further their career in product management or making a deliberate move into product - whether you’re coming from implementation, operations, customer success, or a technical role. You will receive Mentorship from senior product lead in AI Integration strategy and enterprise platform design.

The role has two core areas:

~70% - Core Product PM: Own features for ACME from discovery through launch. You’ll write requirements, think through edge cases, and be the person cross-functional teams trust for accurate, grounded answers. Opportunities to support cross brand features and/or processes.

~30% - Integrations PM (Workato/Salesforce): Own ACME’s enterprise integration capabilities, powered by Workato. This includes building and maintaining recipes that connect ACME to Salesforce for partners, supporting implementations, and managing a backlog of integration requests. This scope may grow or evolve as our integration strategy develops.

What You’ll Do

Product Management

  • Write clear, thorough product specs and PRDs that engineering and design can act on without constant back-and-forth

  • Manage and prioritize a ticket backlog with accuracy and consistency - nothing falls through the cracks

  • Think carefully through use cases and edge cases before anything goes to development

  • Partner with ops and sales teams to represent the product clearly in operator-facing contexts

  • Use analytics tools to monitor product usage and identify opportunities and measure impact of releases.

  • Use AI tools actively and responsibly in your day-to-day workflow - for research synthesis, writing, competitive analysis, summarizing feedback, and accelerating decisions

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and webhook-based workflows to solve real end-user problems - translating what’s technically possible into features that actually ship and matter

  • Stay curious about the AI and automation landscape; bring forward practical ideas for how emerging tooling can reduce manual work or unlock new operator capabilities across our platform

Integrations (Workato / Salesforce)

  • Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes that integrate ACME with Salesforce using REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, conditional logic, and workflow automation

  • Support real-time data synchronization and business process automation across operator environments

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues raised by operators or internal teams; own the integration support queue

  • Manage the backlog of integration requests, balancing urgency against available capacity

  • Partner with implementation teams to onboard new enterprise partners onto the Workato platform

  • Maintain documentation on integration architecture, recipes, and known edge cases

  • Validate that Workato recipes perform as expected in staging and production environments

What we’re looking for (required)

  • 1–2+ years of product management experience, or equivalent in a PM-adjacent role (product operations, business analyst, technical PM) where you owned discovery, requirements, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Familiar with Salesforce as an admin, power user, or in a customer-facing capacity, and comfortable working within CRM-driven workflows

  • Technically curious - comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration logic; able to create Workato recipes following best practices for task efficiency. Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Ruby.

  • User-grounded - you can clearly articulate the user problem behind any ticket you own, and you ask “why” before you write requirements

  • A clear, reliable writer - your specs are readable, your async updates are complete without being long, and cross-functional teams trust your answers

  • AI-native in your workflow - you’ve meaningfully used AI tools to accelerate research, writing, or analysis, and can speak to how

  • Hands-on experience with an integration platform (Workato or Zapier preferred)

  • Located in Latin America with meaningful overlap with US time zones

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification - we’ll support you in obtaining this if not already certified

  • Workato Integration Developer Certification - same as above

  • Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) or NPSP certification

  • Prior product management experience in any capacity

  • Experience at an online booking platform, travel tech, payments platform, or B2B SaaS business

  • Familiarity with agile processes, Jira, and sprint-based delivery

  • Experience working with or alongside customer success or implementation teams

Product Nearcut: Product Manager

Product Manager leads discovery, prioritization, and feature development for a B2B SaaS platform serving beauty and barbering businesses, collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing teams.

Mid Remote Posted 4 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Berlin, Germany
URL: https://nearcut.com/

Location

Europe, fully remote

The role

We are looking for a proactive Product Manager to help us scale our capacity to solve meaningful client problems. You'll be joining our dynamic product team as one of two full-time PMs working across the entire product, supported by strategic input from our leadership team. You'll have lots of autonomy, responsibility for important product decisions, and collaboration from colleagues when you need it. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to shape product direction in a client-focused, data-driven environment and build things that really change people’s day-to-day lives.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with colleagues across product, design, marketing and development to ship features which delight beauty and barbering businesses and help them get the most value from our software:

  • Leading structured discovery to understand what our clients actually need by combining Intercom feedback, PostHog data, client interviews, and competitor analysis into a clear point of view
  • De-risking difficult problems by identifying and executing the cheapest way to get the information we need to have more certainty
  • Making sure we build the right thing at the right time by identifying the highest-impact points of focus across our various product areas and articulating why, so we can prioritize with confidence
  • Creating organized, well-reasoned specs that give design, development and AI tools the clarity and constraints to move quickly, with tradeoffs and risks made explicit rather than hidden
  • Keeping things moving by maintaining momentum across multiple projects at once, holding scope tightly, and preferring working, testable iterations over a perfect plan
  • Using AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate your own work and inform product decisions, while recognizing which types of work still require human judgment
  • Partnering directly with designers and developers to iterate solutions during development
  • Measuring what we ship by defining success metrics upfront, tracking them in PostHog or across other tools, and proactively communicating your findings
  • Creating efficient processes and documentation that help the entire team work better

Your experience

Essential

  • You have at least 3 years of directly applicable PM experience with a strong portfolio of complex B2B or SaaS applications
  • You're highly organized and self-managing, able to structure your own work and prioritize effectively
  • You are comfortable in technical discussions with developers and familiar with some programming and query languages for the purposes of prototyping and research
  • You'd rather ship and learn than search for perfect solutions, and you're energized by ambiguity and back yourself to figure things out as you go
  • You have excellent instincts for finding the highest point of leverage in any given system or problem space
  • You think in sustainable and scalable systems that accelerate decision-making and development, rather than defining one-off solutions
  • You’re a whizz at analyzing data and separating the signal from the noise
  • You have experience collaborating closely with design, marketing and development teams and iterating on solutions during development
  • You excel at leading discovery work: carrying out user research, competitive analysis, and data analytics to inform product decisions and create actionable insights

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in booking/scheduling software or tools for service-based businesses
  • Experience with Figma for design and prototyping, and Posthog for product analytics
  • Familiarity with reading Ruby on Rails code

Benefits of our working environment

  • High autonomy and responsibility: We’re a small team with a big product and client base, so every individual has lots of independence and scope for impact.
  • Remote-first: We are a remote-first company without an in-person office. We trust our employees to work flexibly and autonomously to efficiently meet business goals.
  • Limited hierarchy: We’re not bothered about titles or seniority. Everyone is a member of the team and valued as an independent individual contributor. You’re supported and autonomous.
  • Flexible working hours: Aside from regular team meetings and availability during the normal workday, we are happy for you to complete your work whenever you’re most productive.
  • Close and supportive team: Although we work remotely, our team is close-knit and colleagues are always there to help one another.
  • Continuous client feedback: Our clients are small business owners who are very grateful to have our support. We are privileged to work closely with them to continue to improve our product and their experience.

“Everyone is pulling in the same direction and supports each other. I've never worked for a company that gets so much positive feedback from the clients - we can really see the impact of our work. I also enjoy that fact that we work remotely and can be flexible.”

  • Nearcut colleague for more than 3 years

“Working at Nearcut is a breath of fresh air! The business is full to the brim of great people who are motivated to improve themselves and the business on the whole, and the entire company is structured to allow individuals to thrive. I haven't looked back since joining!”

  • Nearcut colleague for more than 1 year

What you’ll get

  • A remote-first, autonomous working environment; one where you’re proactively making and communicating your own decisions; not being told what to do next
  • The opportunity to significantly impact product direction
  • Direct access to client feedback and data to measure your impact

Plus… the nitty gritty

  • An annual salary of between ÂŁ60,000 - ÂŁ70,000
  • 33 flexible holiday days per year. Since our remote-first team is based all over the world, you can choose whether or not to take time off on your country’s public holidays.

Product Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience at CODEPATH LIMITED

Senior Product Manager owns the learner platform experience, making AI-first decisions about where to automate vs. maintain human touchpoints while scaling from tens of thousands to millions of users.

Senior Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

CodePath is the largest educator of college computer science students in the country. We have trained over 50,000 students from 1,000+ universities. Our partners include Amazon, Google, Meta, and 4,000+ companies across the industry. We’ve been training the next generation of technical talent for nearly a decade, and we just launched a $150M initiative with Anthropic, building one of the most ambitious AI workforce programs in the world.

We’re now expanding into new markets and scaling our team so we can move at the speed AI is transforming the workforce. People joining CodePath now will have the opportunity to help architect the next frontier of our work.

We are building toward millions of learners, hundreds of millions in revenue, and billions in economic impact for a generation of technical talent who have historically been locked out of tech. If you want to own something and be part of a 0-to-1 journey at an organization moving at the speed of AI, we think you’d love it here.

About the Role

Location: Remote

Role Type: Full-Time

Reporting to: Chief Product Officer

Total Compensation:$200,000 - $232,000

  • Base salary: $135,000 - $175,000
  • Total compensation includes base salary plus a guaranteed monthly supplement

Every CodePath learner engages our platform, whether they are a college CS student in a direct course, a student at a partner university, an alum sharpening their skills, or a working engineer retraining for the AI era. The Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience owns this platform.

CodePath’s courses work because they are intensive, industry-vetted, and human. The hard problem is scale. As we grow from tens of thousands of learners toward millions, the quality and effectiveness of the learner experience on the platform has to improve, not dilute. That demands an AI-First approach: clearly and thoughtfully identifying where AI can accelerate effectiveness, productivity, and scale, and where human connection and touchpoints are essential to maintain motivation, commitment, and progress. Getting that boundary right is the core judgment call of this job, and you will make it over and over.

The ownership lines are clear. Curriculum owns what we teach. The Learning team owns how it is taught, including the live classroom. You own the platform: everything a learner touches when they log in, from the course portal to asynchronous engagement between sessions to the touchpoints that keep them moving. You will collaborate closely with Learning so the platform powers great live delivery, but the platform experience is yours.

Success looks like measurable acceleration in the rate of learning, retention, and engagement, even as the number of students grows by an order of magnitude.

Two things make this role unlike most PM jobs

Learning rate is the scoreboard. Plenty of platforms can deliver content at scale. Almost none can prove their students learn faster because of them. You will be measured on outcomes, retention, and engagement, not feature velocity.

The ceiling is enormous. Every course CodePath delivers, direct or through partners, rides on the platform experience you build. As we scale to an order of magnitude of more students, your decisions compound across every learner we will ever serve.

What you’ll do

  • Own the core learner platform experience across every segment: college CS students, alumni, working engineers, and students at partner institutions

  • Translate learning, retention, and engagement goals into a prioritized roadmap

  • Use AI across your entire workflow to compress weeks into days, raising the quality and the speed of what you ship

  • Own our AI-assisted learning experiences end to end, including taking the AI Tutor and AI Grader from prototype to product. These student-facing AI surfaces are yours, not shared

  • Decide where AI accelerates effectiveness, productivity, and scale, and where human connection is essential to maintain motivation, commitment, and progress

  • Collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering: they own what is taught and how the classroom runs, you build the platform that powers live delivery and asynchronous engagement

  • Set a high bar for design quality and engaging interactions across every learner touchpoint

  • Define the metrics that prove learning rate, retention, and engagement are improving at scale, and design experiments, grounded in discovery with users, to test your biggest bets

Who you are

You are a PM who has owned products that learners or users depend on every day, and you know how to walk into something live and make it measurably better. You are deeply AI-Native and you believe great learning products are judged by what learners can do afterward.

Required

  • You have scaled a live product. You have inherited or grown something real users already depended on, raised its quality while usage multiplied, and you know the difference between launching and improving

    • Zero-to-one instincts still matter here: you will not inherit documentation, process, or a roadmap, so you know how to map what exists and chart the path forward yourself
  • AI is genuinely how you work. You can show how your workflow has changed: prototypes, requirements, and analyses you generate and pressure-test in hours, not months

  • You have built products where engagement and retention were the scoreboard, and you know how to design the loops, touchpoints, and interactions that move them

  • You hold strong opinions and you can defend them live. You bring clear, well-reasoned bets and stand behind them under pressure

  • You thrive in ambiguity. You can structure messy problems, build alignment across learning and technical teams, and drive execution with no playbook

  • You have strong analytical instincts. You define the metrics that matter and read the data to make the call

  • You write requirements engineers trust, and you can sell a product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences alike

Preferred

  • Fluency across the modern PM toolkit: product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex), prototyping and design (Figma, Framer), data querying (SQL), and AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar)

  • Background in edtech, learning platforms, or consumer education products, or deep working familiarity with learning science

  • Experience with AI tutoring, adaptive learning, or personalization systems

  • Founder experience or equivalent time building in a hyperscaling environment

We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every qualification listed. Strong candidates often look different from what a job description imagines, and we would rather talk to someone exceptional who checks seven of nine boxes than miss them entirely.

Compensation

CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for an Individual Contributor level position at an annual base salary of $135,000 to $175,000. Total compensation is $200,000 to $232,000, which includes base salary plus a guaranteed monthly supplement. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.

Full-Time Employee Benefits

This is a 100% remote position—work from anywhere in the U.S.! CodePath prioritizes employee well-being with a competitive benefits package to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.

  • Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (90% employer-covered for employees and dependents), employer-funded healthcare reimbursement, FSAs, and Employee Assistance Program

  • Financial Security: 401(k), employer-paid life & disability insurance, and identity theft protection

  • Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO, paid holidays, 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave, and an annual year-end company closure (Dec 24 – Jan 2)

  • Professional Growth: $1,000 annual professional development stipend and home office setup support

  • Student Loan Forgiveness: CodePath is a qualifying employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), helping employees manage student loan debt

  • Additional Perks: Pet wellness plans, legal services, home/auto insurance discounts, and exclusive marketplace savings

Pay range

$200,000—$232,000 USD

About the Role

Location: Remote

Role Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $200,000 to $232,000 per year

  • Base salary: $135,000 - $175,000
  • Total compensation includes the base salary plus a guaranteed monthly supplement

The AI Corps opportunity

AI Corps is a fellowship program that sources, trains, and deploys applied AI specialists into organizations. Fellows complete an intensive program, build skills across modern AI stacks, and embed directly with partner teams to ship real work. The first cohort, Claude Corps, is now launching in partnership with Anthropic with 1,000 fellows committed to deploy into nonprofits. The next chapter is enterprise, where the demand is larger, the budgets are real, and the urgency to build with AI is highest.

CodePath spent the past decade building this kind of infrastructure for education: training that produces engineers who perform at top companies, and ten years of outcomes data to prove it works. AI Corps takes the model to enterprise. The first cohort will prove the model inside mission-driven organizations, and enterprise is the next chapter and what our Founding Product Manager, AI Corps will own.

The platform is already in active build, on track for a September launch, and it has been engineering-led from day one: no product leadership, no customer validation, no feedback loops. Bringing those is this job, and getting design ahead of engineering is the first order of business.

Your ownership of the platform will power the full lifecycle: how organizations identify the AI capabilities they need, how fellows are trained to those specs and matched to partners, how they embed alongside existing teams, how incumbent employees build the skills to work with them, and how outcomes get measured in ways enterprise buyers act on.

The enterprise market is our clearest near-term path to making CodePath financially self-sustaining. Companies are racing to retrain entire departments for AI-native work, corporate L&D budgets are expanding, and almost no provider can prove the depth, rigor, or ROI that CodePath has spent a decade building. The path from tens of thousands today to millions of learners runs directly through this product, and the revenue opportunity is the largest in CodePath’s history.

You will partner directly with Earned Revenue, Curriculum, and Engineering, and you will have unusual freedom to do it: a green-lit, funded initiative already in motion, frontier AI tools with effectively unlimited Claude credits, and a small engineering team that ships faster than groups ten times its size.

Two things to know before you apply

Quality is your scoreboard. Revenue here flows through partnerships, so you will not own a number. What you own is whether the platform earns that revenue: fellow engagement, student satisfaction, the quality of every partner and host organization touchpoint. If the experience is excellent, the business follows. If it is not, nothing else matters.

The ceiling is enormous. Through our partnership with Anthropic and our standing with universities, states, and employers, this product launches with distribution most startups spend a decade building. We need someone who thinks at that scale from day one.

What you’ll do

The Senior Director of AI Programs owns the design and delivery of AI Corps programs. You own the platform that powers them: a new build, separate from CodePath’s core learning platform, which has its own PM. In practice, that means:

  • Define and own the AI Corps platform roadmap, turning fellow, partner, and program needs into clear priorities, holding a high bar for design quality across every fellow and partner touchpoint

  • Define and own the metrics that prove the platform works: fellow engagement, student NPS, host organization satisfaction, and experience quality. Revenue is the outcome; these are the inputs you control

  • Work directly with Anthropic teams and other enterprise partners on deployment, tooling, and joint enterprise opportunities

  • Build the platform that makes AI Corps repeatable at enterprise scale, covering partner onboarding, fellow matching and deployment, performance tracking, and the full partner lifecycle

  • Design the incumbent employee training product, working with AI Programs and Curriculum to build an AI enablement path for existing enterprise employees that runs alongside the fellow deployment model

  • Run sharp discovery with enterprise partners and internal teams, then translate it into success metrics, prototypes, and shipped features

  • Work closely with Earned Revenue to translate commercial needs into platform direction and ensure the product supports what the sales team needs to close and retain partners

  • Design experiments to test your biggest bets, and use both qualitative signal and hard data to change course fast

  • Be the connective tissue between Earned Revenue, AI Programs, Curriculum, and Engineering: align priorities, surface tradeoffs, and unblock the build

  • Use AI across your entire workflow to compress weeks into days, raising the quality and the speed of what you ship

Who you are

You are a founding-caliber PM who has built from nothing and stayed to scale it. AI is woven into how you work, and the size of this opportunity energizes you.

Required

  • You have built 0 to 1 and stayed past it. You have taken a product from a blank page to real commercial scale, and you stayed through the hypergrowth that followed, so you know what comes after launch. Bonus if that was at a company that went from a handful of people to a billion-dollar-plus business

  • AI is how you work every day. You can show, not just claim, how your workflow has changed: prototypes, requirements, and analyses you generate and pressure-test in hours, not months

  • You hold strong opinions and you can defend them live. You bring clear, well-reasoned bets and stand behind them under pressure

  • You thrive in ambiguity. You can structure messy problems, build alignment across commercial and technical teams, and drive execution with no playbook

  • You have worked shoulder to shoulder with Sales or Customer Success, and you know what a deal-blocking product gap looks like

  • You have strong analytical instincts. You define the metrics that matter and read the data to make the call

  • You write requirements engineers trust, and you can sell a product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences alike

Preferred

  • Background building for or selling to corporate L&D, HR, or workforce and benefits buyers

  • Fluency across the modern PM toolkit: product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex), prototyping and design (Figma, Framer), data querying (SQL), and AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar)

  • Experience with talent marketplace, staffing, workforce deployment, or HR technology products

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, or admin tooling

  • Founder experience or equivalent time building in a zero-to-one environment

We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every qualification listed. Strong candidates often look different from what a job description imagines, and we would rather talk to someone exceptional who checks seven of nine boxes than miss them entirely.

Compensation

CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live.

About the Role

Location: Remote

Sr. Director leads global pricing strategy and monetization transformation, designing consumption and value-based models while driving cross-functional alignment across product, sales, and finance.

Exec Remote Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has helped people and teams achieve–well, anything. From seamless work management to smart, scalable solutions, we’ve always worked with flow. We’re building tools that empower teams to automate the manual, uncover insights, and scale smarter. But more than that, we’re creating space– space to think big, take action, and unlock the kind of work that truly matters. Because when challenge meets purpose, and passion turns into progress, that’s magic at work, and it’s what we show up for everyday.

Own end-to-end pricing & packaging for Smartsheet’s global product portfolio, leading a major commercial transformation from traditional seat-based licensing to modern consumption‑ and value‑based monetization, with AI as a core value driver. This is a highly visible, hands‑on operator role that turns strategy into execution and builds a scalable, data‑driven pricing engine.

You will report to the VP of Product Management located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.

You Will:

Strategy & leadership

  • Own global pricing & packaging strategy across products, segments, and geographies, tightly linked to revenue growth, NRR, and competitive positioning.
  • Translate current pricing strategy work into an executable monetization roadmap, including sequencing of changes and risk management.
  • Lead cross‑functional alignment across Product, Sales, Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, and Marketing; run a regular pricing governance forum with executive stakeholders.
  • Act as the senior “voice of pricing” with the executive team, providing clear recommendations and trade‑off frameworks.

Pricing model innovation (consumption & AI)

  • Design and implement consumption and value‑based pricing models for the core platform and new AI‑driven capabilities (e.g., metered usage, credits, feature entitlements).
  • Define value metrics and units of consumption that align to customer outcomes and usage patterns, while keeping constructs simple and understandable.
  • Build hybrid models that balance PLG / self‑serve and enterprise sales motions (tiers plus usage add‑ons, overage models, expansion paths).
  • Continuously evolve packaging (tiers, bundles, add‑ons) to drive adoption of AI features and expansion into new segments and use cases.

Customer‑centric design

  • Ensure all pricing and packaging changes are designed with customer experience at the centre: transparency, predictability, and administrative simplicity.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to capture field feedback, understand edge cases, and refine policies based on real‑world usage.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create clear external narratives and collateral that explain value, pricing, and upgrade paths in simple, customer‑friendly language.

Execution & governance

  • Convert strategy into executable pricing changes: detailed designs, policies, playbooks, rollout plans, and internal tooling requirements.
  • Establish and run a robust pricing governance process: decision rights, approval thresholds, exception handling, and global consistency.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering to embed pricing and packaging into product design (entitlements, limits, metering, upgrade triggers) and ensure customers have robust tools to manage licenses and usage.
  • Work with RevOps and Sales to operationalize discounting frameworks, deal guidelines, and renewals / expansion motions; ensure strong field enablement and change management.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance on contract structures, terms, and revenue recognition implications of new models.

Analytics, research & experimentation

  • Build an analytics capability around pricing: define and track key metrics (ARR, NRR, ARPU, attach rates, churn, price realization, discount levels, migration performance).
  • Lead structured customer and market research, including willingness‑to‑pay studies, segmentation analyses, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Design and run experiments and pilots (A/B tests, regional rollouts, cohort migrations) to validate price levels, packaging structures, and value metrics before global deployment.
  • Partner with Data Science / BI to model revenue and margin impact of proposed changes; stress‑test scenarios and downside risks, and establish clear “go / no‑go” criteria.

Team leadership & collaboration

  • Lead and coordinate a small, high performing team (currently ~3 FTE) without direct reports initially, while upgrading capabilities in analytics, operations, and experimentation.
  • Coach and develop team members, including managing transition and knowledge transfer from current resources; ensure continuity while raising the bar.
  • Foster a high‑trust, low‑ego, highly collaborative culture, consistent with Smartsheet’s flat organizational model.

You Have:

  • 10–15+ years in B2B SaaS / cloud, with at least 5+ years in a dedicated pricing, monetization, or commercial strategy leadership role (e.g., Senior Director / VP Pricing & Packaging, Monetization, Commercial Strategy).
  • Proven end‑to‑end ownership of at least one major pricing transformation at scale (preferably $500M+ ARR), including a shift toward consumption or usage‑based models (experience in high‑usage platform environments ideal).
  • Deep experience in multi‑product, multi‑segment SaaS environments where packaging, bundling, and upgrade paths are core growth levers.
  • Demonstrated ability to go beyond strategy: has personally driven implementation through Product/Engineering, Sales, Finance, and RevOps – including tooling, metering, policies, and change management.
  • Strong pricing analytics toolkit: able to lead WTP research, build and challenge financial models, and run experiments tied to clear revenue and margin hypotheses.
  • Excellent executive communication skills; comfortable working with C‑level stakeholders and operating with high visibility.

Nice‑to‑have

  • Experience in work management, collaboration, productivity, analytics, or adjacent SaaS categories, ideally with AI‑enhanced products.
  • Exposure to private‑equity‑backed environments and value‑creation programs.
  • Prior responsibility for both pricing and packaging in PLG + enterprise “hybrid GTM” contexts.
  • Global experience (US + EMEA / APAC) with an understanding of regional pricing nuances.

Current US Perks & Benefits:

  • Employer subsidized medical/vision and dental coverage for full-time employees
  • 401k Match to help you save for your future (50% of your contribution up to the first 6% of your eligible pay)
  • Monthly stipend to support your work and productivity
  • Flexible Time Away Program, plus Sick Time Off
  • US employees are automatically covered under Smartsheet-sponsored life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability plans
  • US employees receive 12 paid holidays per year
  • Up to 24 weeks of Parental Leave
  • Personal paid Volunteer Day to support our community
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development including access to Udemy online courses
  • Company Funded Perks, including a counseling membership, local retail discounts, and your own personal Smartsheet account
  • Teleworking options from any registered location in the U.S. (role specific)

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.
