Job Summary

As a Senior Analytics Engineer (20107), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the migration of dashboards and reports from ThoughtSpot to Power BI, ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards
• Design and build scalable data models and semantic layers to enable self-service analytics across the organization
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and high-quality data sources
• Optimize report performance, governance, and usability while supporting business users through training and onboarding

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in BI, analytics engineering, or reporting development
• Strong expertise in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Solid SQL skills with experience querying data platforms such as Azure Databricks
• Experience designing data visualizations and applying storytelling techniques for business insights
• Understanding of BI governance, security models, and role-based access control
• Experience working in Agile environments with sprint planning and iterative delivery
• Familiarity with Power BI Service administration, APIs, and CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Experience with cloud data integration tools such as Azure Data Factory or Synapse
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
